How are payments processed?

Cuddlefish Press securely and seamlessly processes payment for purchases using Stripe.

Does Cuddlefish Press collect sales tax?

Orders within the State of California are subject to 8.5% sales tax, which is calculated and collected during the checkout process.

How will my order be shipped?

Cuddlefish Press ships orders through the USPS. Large prints are generally shipped via Priority Mail and small prints and stationery via First Class mail.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to one week preparation time for orders to be shipped. For personalized orders, please allow two weeks for preparation prior to shipping.

How do I order a personalized print?

Some of Cuddlefish Press's prints may be personalized with a name or special message. These prints can be found in the "Personalized Art" section of the shop. To order, choose a print and select the personalization option in the drop down menu right above the "Add to Cart" button. Place it in your shopping cart. Once the order is placed, I will contact you by email so you can provide the name or message you'd like lettered into your print. If you have questions about whether a name or phrase will fit into the design of a particular piece, feel free to contact me. Please allow up to two weeks for your print to be customized before shipping.

Does Cuddlefish Press accept returns?

If your item arrives in defective condition or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I will make it right!

Can I carry Cuddlefish Press products in my shop?

If you would like to consign Cuddlefish Press products or place a wholesale order, please contact me. Be sure to include a link to your shop in your message. At this time, Cuddlefish prints are available for wholesale and consignment; Cuddlefish cards are available for wholesale only.
